Radio 

Salford City Radio is a non-profit community radio station based in Swinton, just behind the Civic Centre on Chorley Road. It is broadcast to over a hundred people a week. It has been on the air for over 10 years. They also play unidentified bands and new songs and styles of music. They appear to be targeted at people who are constantly chasing new or soon-to-be new musical genres and styles.

North-west Evening Mail is a newspaper based in Barrow-In-Furness. It informs people about the many issues and topics in Barrow, as well as in the surrounding area as well as the rest of the North-West. As well as this, they also have a web-page wherein you can look at all of the stories that were in the newspaper.

ITV News Granada News is an evening and morning news programme on ITV. They report on various major news and tabloid stories from around the North-West area. The programme also reports on the weather and, in the Summer, the pollen count.

Big Tone recording studio is based in Manchester and it is owned and run by producer Tim G. It has recorded songs for signers and artists such as Peter Hook, Ginger Wildheart, Sonic Boom Six, Above Them, Apologies and I Have None. They aim to work hard to maintain the best standard possible and help them to realise their dreams.
